Oscar Hemming is one of the most interesting first-round prospects in the 2026 NHL Draft.
Due to some unfortunate circumstances, which we’ll get into in a second, Hemming missed nearly half of his draft-eligible season before ending up with Boston College.
That makes assessing Hemming a bit more difficult, especially given he’s one of the youngest players in this year’s draft. But there’s a reason scouting services have him in the first round.
