Devils Roster Projection 1.0: Still Work to Do
The New Jersey Devils' roster looks improved, but GM Sunny Mehta still has some needs to address.
Things have quieted down considerably since the Anaheim Ducks matched the Philadelphia Flyers’ offer sheet for Leo Carlsson.
That doesn’t mean the NHL offseason is over, though, especially for the New Jersey Devils.
General manager Sunny Mehta has made some improvements to the roster. But he still has work to do if the Devils want to enter next season at the level of the Carolina Hurricanes and Washington Capitals.
Let’s project the Devils’ roster as it stands today and see what else Mehta may have to do over the next few weeks.
